Critical evaluation of a supplier’s QA program is an important facet of any fuel procurement, especially one that may result in a transition between suppliers. Assistance is provided in the evaluation of the QA aspects of the proposals and in the negotiations of the QA articles of the final contract. Emphasis is placed on the effectiveness of the supplier’s QA program, the completeness of the supplier’s QA obligations and on ensuring our client’s rights in implementing all aspects of their QA program in the supplier’s facilities.  As noted above, KLEIN CONSULTING also has the capability to evaluate the manufacturing and inspection practices and capabilities of potential suppliers.
